We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual or couple to serve as hosts and bring our vision to life—creating a destination that attracts visitors from around the world. As hosts, you will enjoy the comfort of a brand-new, architect-designed residence on Træna, thoughtfully provided to make your island experience as inspiring as your work. Leading this unique luxury retreat, you will be at the forefront of crafting an exceptional guest experience, from world-class food and beverage offerings to unparalleled service and amenities.
Your role will encompass everything from operational leadership to building strong relationships with our valued guests, dedicated team, and the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Hotel Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of the hotel to deliver a seamless, world-class guest experience.
- Food & Beverage Excellence: Uphold the highest standards in dining, ensuring offerings reflect our commitment to quality, sustainability, and local flavors.
- Sustainable Hospitality: Lead by example in implementing eco-friendly practices that align with our core values of environmental stewardship.
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with local residents, fostering meaningful connections between guests and the community

What We’re Looking For
- At least five years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in high-end or boutique environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and cultivate a high-performing team.
- Proven experience in sustainable operations and a genuine commitment to eco-friendly practices.
- A passion for adventure and a willingness to embrace both the rewards and challenges of remote island living.
A newly built architect-designed residence will be provided for you on Træna, but this role requires more than just a place to stay—it calls for an adventurous spirit and a desire to fully embrace Træna’s natural beauty and unique surroundings.
